We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please include your order number and picture of your product (if damaged or you received the wrong item). There may be some situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and include a picture of the defect / damage to help us improve product quality.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card within a few business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are not responsible if USPS or UPS does not deliver by the estimated delivery date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
